Kettlewell Colours is a company out of the UK (United Kingdom) that I discovered when I searched for bright-colored clothes. The clothes are well made for a more casual lifestyle. Kettlewell Colours is known for producing products in an array of colors following seasonal color palettes (winter, spring, summer, autumn). You can also search for items using the Dominant Color Codes (Light, Cool, Clear, Deep, Warm, Soft). This allows customers to purchase clothing all year round in their BEST colors.
Kettlewell Colours produces 2 collections a year Spring/Summer (which comes out around March) and Fall/Winter (which comes out around September). Each of the collections will have items in all 4 of the seasonal palette’s colors.
How To Shop Kettlewell Colours
Most of my readers are in the US. You can shop the Kettlewell Colours website by using their US Portal. When prompted select US as your country and then the currency will all be in US dollars. Kettlewell offers free shipping and free returns when you purchase over $100 of merchandise.
It is important to note that the time from purchasing your items to receiving your purchases in the US mail can vary. Your items will go thru customs and then be sent to your local US Postal office. I have found delivery times to be anywhere from 2 weeks to a month +. Returns can take as long as a month to reach Kettlewell offices and be credited to your account.
How To Make A Return
If you are new to Kettlewell Colours, finding your correct size in each item make take time. Kettlewell offers free returns. They understand that shipping times from the UK to the US are an issue. But if you need to make a return, do it immediately as it can take as long as a month to get back to the UK and credited to your account.
When I shop online I use Pay Pal as my mode of payment.
When returning an item, you will need to use their RETURN PORTAL to be able to get the correct label for international returns. Once you have the label you can print from your home printer and attach it to your package with shipping tape. HELPFUL HINT- I turn the original bag inside out and use it for returns. Just drop it off at your local post office or shipping center. You will receive an email when it has been returned to Kettlewell headquarters and another when your account has been credited.

Check Out The Product,Sizing Guide, and Reviews To Help Find Your Correct Size
I have found that the product and sizing guide are KEY to helping you find your correct size. Sizing in US and UK are different from each manufacturer. The product guide helps you by describing the fit using words like fitted, semi-fitted, relaxed fit. These words can help you decide if you need to size up or down due to the stretch of the material. For example- if an item is fitted and I size up, semi-fitted I would wear my regular size, relaxed fit I would size down.
Sizing Can Be Tricky
I am a US size 12/14 bottom but 8/10 top. In most Kettlewell Tops I wear a Medium. But if the top is labeled FITTED I will wear a Large. It is trial and error, the good news is that Kettlewell offers free returns. BUT, many of the colors and sizes sell out fast, so if you are unsure purchase both sizes at the same time and return the one that does not fit.

When shopping online, product reviews are some of the most helpful tools available. They will tell you if an item is running big/small if the product has color problems. One of the more helpful reviews will discuss fit. Use the reviews to further help you decide on a size.
Kettlewell Does NOT Carry Petites But……
Kettlewell Colours does not carry Petites but many of their tops will work very well for Petites due to the length. Look for tops that are 23 ” and 23. 5″ long. Several of the tops will have a ruching feature in the waist that can be manipulated to work for Petites. If you are tall (over 5’8) the selection in tops is smaller.
My Favorite Kettlewell Pieces
I am 5’1 size 12/14 bottoms and 8/10 top with 36 D bust size. I have found the Kettlewell skirts to be too long and I have not tried any of the pants. The tops/sweaters/cardigans/jackets are my best pieces for my Petite Pear body type.
