Start With A Butcher Block Cheese Board And Ramekins
To make your charcuterie board Instagram worthy, you will need some supplies. All my pieces came from Target. On your shopping list, you will need a cheese board, ramekins, and spreaders.

Choose Your Cheese And Meats
For this charcuterie board, all the ingredients came from Trader Joe’s. The cheese is Italian Truffle, Pepper Tuscano, Manchego, Camembert, and Cranberry Goat Cheese.
The meats were a selection of Italian meats including Prosciutto and Salami. They were pre-package, perfect for charcuterie boards.

Add Bread, Crackers, And Fruit
You need to add some bread and crackers to balance out all the meats and cheeses. Ashley chose a french baguette, water crackers, and this great Fig & Olive crackers from Trader Joe’s.

For fruits look towards green apples, grapes, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries. The addition of fruit really adds some color to your charcuterie board. If you are try to keep it “keto-friendly” stick to the berries.
Finish Off With Nuts, Olives, Pickles, And Garnish

To add additional texture and interest add olives and pickles. The salty taste pairs well with wines and other salty cheese. Olives are “keto-friendly”. Ashley chose some unique nuts for our board, Truffle Flavor Marcona Almonds, and Everything Bagel Mixed nuts, all from Trader Joe’s.

Charcuterie Board All Year Round
We have enjoyed several charcuteries and grazing boards this holiday season. Great snack/entertainment option for your group while the meal is being prepared. For summertime try charcuterie cheese board around the pool with a light white wine. Or have one handy for game night or girl’s weekend.

This holiday season has been smaller and more intimate. I miss some of my holiday favorite activities such as parties and church service. But I have enjoyed spending more quality time with less stress. Plus, Ashley has given us a learning experience with wine and cheese.
