Jumpsuit From JJill For Over 50 Women

Hello, Darlings!

Finally, a jumpsuit that fits! I have been wanting a jumpsuit for several seasons but have tried and returned all because they don’t fit or don’t look good on me.  Then came JJill.  JJill asked me to work with them on their August campaign, showcasing new merchandise.  I was so excited when I saw one of my choices was a jumpsuit.  But what really got me just about giddy, is that the jumpsuit came in petite. This jumpsuit is great for the over 50 women lifestyle.

Wearever Full-Leg Jumpsuit

This is the Wearever Full Leg Jumpsuit in black. Why does this jumpsuit work for me? First, it is the v-neckline which is very flattering and brings attention up to my face. Next, the jumpsuit has an overlay layer which creates a waistline that is lower and gives my body a slimmer hourglass shape without being tight. Finally, the full-leg pants bring balance to my body creating a very casual and relaxed feel.

JJill Jumpsuit Is So Comfortable

JJill Jumpsuit for Relaxed Casual Style

The JJill Wearever Jumpsuit is made of rayon/lycra mix so it stretches to accommodate my curves but feels like you have your jammies on.  This jumpsuit could be dressed up or down and would be the perfect piece to pack for those weekend trips.  The material is virtually wrinkle-free and easy to wash.

V-Neck Line For Flattering Style

Most jumpsuit I have found have crew necklines, some off the shoulder, but the v-neck is a neckline that is flattering to all body types.  It also allows you to dress it up or down with statement necklaces.  I chose to keep it simple with a Nadri Geo Small Pendant Necklace. Another great thing about a v-neckline is that you can wear a regular bra.  So the comfort factor is huge. What you don’t see is that this jumpsuit has a back keyhole for style from behind.

Jumpsuit Is Perfect Travel Piece For Over 50 Women

I wore this jumpsuit for a casual outside cocktail/dinner but you could dress this up or down just by adding accessories. Because basically, it is a black top and bottom.  Add great colorful kimono, scarf, statement jewelry for an evening look.  For daytime a cardigan or vest with a simple necklace for running errand/ sightseeing. With all the new restriction with luggage, it is more important than ever to pack smart.

This jumpsuit is available in Women/Petites/ Plus/ and Tall sizes.  Not all sizes will be available in stores, but you can order them online.  If you want a looser look, order your regular size. I actually sized down for this one.

  1. Love the jumpsuit. I’ve wanted to get a jumpsuit, but have trouble with them fitting. If they fit in the hips, the shoulder area is too big. Maybe the J.Jill jumpsuits will work for me too. Hey, I host a link up party every Wed, so if you’re interested, you’re welcome to stop by and link your posts. http://www.thismainline.com

    1. Thanks Julie for asking me! I will add your website to my link up party fun page and try to jump in on Wednesday. I LOVE link up parties! Great way to check out new bloggers and see all the fabulous talent that is out there.

  2. A v-neck is my favorite neckline and then a boat neck, I think it’s universally flattering. I want a new jumpsuit too and have yet to take the plunge. I think I will eventually though. I wanted those shoes too, but they sold out in my size in the color I wanted early in the spring. I am so envious of your gorgeous pool. Beautiful!
